Studio Efficiency: Oceanfront efficiency with a king bed, small kitchen, dinette and front patio with excellent ocean view and access to pool, beach and docks. Only 1 unit of this type on the property, see unit #2 on the property map. No Rollaways allowed. Sleeps 2.

Three Bedroom House: Three bedroom tropical cottage on stilts. Master bedroom suite has king bed and private bathroom with tile shower, other two bedrooms have a queen bed and share a full bath. Orchid Cottage: If you want the best of everything, in a secluded private setting, the Orchid Cottage is the place. Private entrance, private tropical yard, private sandy sunning beach, private boat basin. Inside: central air, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, upscale furnishings with king bed and best quality linens, entertainment center with stereo, CD, DVD, tile floors, screened porch, ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Comes with his and her bicycles, Weber barbeque and full use of Pines and Palms amenities. Housekeeping is optional. Security deposit of $500 required. No rollaways allowed. Sleeps 4.

They count from high numbers to low numbers, number 1 being in Key West. Pines and Palms Resort is at mile marker 80.4 on the ocean side (left), 1 mile past the Green Turtle restaurant and right before LaSiesta.
